British made charcuterie using Gloucester Old Spot pork and ex-dairy beef and the best quality ingredients from the countries of the recipes.

We use Italian purpose made curing/drying cabinets and rooms to produce authentic products using the best of British meat products.

Products include: jamon, salamis, chorizo, coppa ham, bresaola and sobrasada.

Our range includes one and two star Great Test Awards products.
