There’s something special about summer evenings at The Pantiles—and in 2026, that magic returns bigger, brighter, and more accessible than ever. Live at The Pantiles is back for a brand-new season, bringing a vibrant programme of live music to Royal Tunbridge Wells every Thursday evening from 28th May through to 3rd September. And this year, for the first time, it’s completely free to attend.
Set against the backdrop of the iconic Georgian colonnade, this much-loved event series has long been a cornerstone of the town’s cultural calendar. Now, under a refreshed vision—“Where the town comes alive”—The Pantiles is opening its doors wider, inviting everyone to experience the joy of live music in a truly historic setting, without the barrier of a ticket price.
In response to ongoing cost-of-living pressures, The Pantiles has removed the previous £7.50 entry fee, ensuring these memorable evenings remain open and accessible to all. It’s a move that reflects a broader commitment to inclusivity, community spirit, and shared experiences.

The 2026 season kicks off on the last Thursday in May with an uplifting opening performance from KYJO, a dynamic youth orchestra known for its energetic fusion of big band classics, contemporary jazz, funk, rock, and Latin rhythms—setting the tone for an exciting summer ahead.
