Bao Time

The stall will sell fresh, homemade bao buns. These are served with shredded tofu, and topped with pickled and fresh veg. Everything on the stall will be homemade, from the buns, to the sauce, chilli oil and pickled vegetables.

Dough will be prepared from home, but will be steamed fresh to order. Tofu will be prepped by shredding and then baking at home, but will be cooked fresh on a griddle at the market in our Korean BBQ sauce.
