These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets (“Tickets”) for events promoted and/or managed by Pantiles Events (“we”, “us”, “our”) at The Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells.

By purchasing a Ticket through pantilesevents.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase

2.1 All Tickets are sold subject to availability.

2.2 A binding contract is formed once we issue confirmation of your booking by email.

2.3 It is your responsibility to check your Tickets upon receipt and notify us immediately of any errors.

2.4 Tickets remain the property of Pantiles Events until full payment is received.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Following payment, ticket prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3.2 We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time prior to purchase

3.3 Booking fees or transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

3.4 Payment must be made using the payment methods specified on our website.

4. Delivery of Tickets

4.1 Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

4.2 It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct.

4.3 We are not responsible for Tickets lost due to incorrect email details supplied by the purchaser.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 No Right to Cancel – Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Tickets for leisure events are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation period. Tickets are non-refundable except as set out below.

5.2 Event Cancellation – If an event is cancelled in full, you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the Ticket. Booking fees may be refunded at our discretion. No refund will be given if any part of the event is postponed or cancelled due to adverse conditions beyond our control.

5.3 Event Postponement – If an event is postponed, your Ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.

5.4 Changes to Line-up – Event line-ups and attractions may be subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5.5 Adverse Weather – Events at The Pantiles are often held outdoors. Events may proceed in adverse weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by organisers or authorities. Tickets will not be refunded due to weather unless the event is cancelled.

6. Admission & Attendance

6.1 Admission is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the instructions of event staff and security personnel.

6.2 We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, a nuisance, intoxicated, or unlawful, without refund or if any person is unable to provide proof of age if requested.

6.3 Only adults 18+ may be granted access.

6.3 A valid Ticket must be presented for entry.

6.4 Late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

7. Health & Safety

7.1 All attendees must comply with health and safety requirements in place at the time of the event.

7.2 You attend the event at your own risk.

7.3 Some events may involve loud music, lighting effects, or uneven outdoor surfaces. Attendees should take appropriate care.

8. Alcohol & Prohibited Items

8.1 Bringing your own alcohol may be prohibited at certain events. Event-specific restrictions will be stated on the event page.

8.2 Illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, flares, and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

8.3 Bag searches may be conducted as a condition of entry.

9. Resale & Transfer

9.1 Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without our written consent.

9.2 We reserve the right to cancel Tickets that are resold in breach of these Terms.

9.3 Tickets may be transferred to another person for personal use only.

10. Photography & Filming

10.1 Events may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional purposes.

10.2 By attending, you consent to your image and likeness being used in promotional material without compensation.

10.3 Professional recording equipment may be prohibited without prior written approval.

11. Liability

11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, our liability to you shall not exceed the face value of the Ticket purchased.

11.3 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or alteration caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or acts of terrorism.

13. Accessibility

13.1 We aim to make events accessible wherever reasonably possible.

13.2 Customers requiring accessibility arrangements should contact us prior to purchase.

14. Data Protection

14.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at pantilesevents.com.

14.2 We use customer data solely for event administration, marketing (where consent is given), and legal compliance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
